You remain responsible for Customer Content that you provide.

NexZen Prints may refuse an order if the submitted content appears to violate applicable laws, third-party rights, or our policies.

5. Order Placement and Review

After you place an order, we may review the order details and customisation information before production begins.

For customised orders, we may contact you if clarification is required regarding:

• Design

• Size

• Colour

• Print position

• Custom text

• Uploaded artwork

• Other special instructions

An order may not be considered ready for production until the required information has been confirmed.

6. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance.
